Harta.Info ("we", "us") operates a real-estate marketplace at harta.info that connects property owners, buyers, renters and agents. By accessing the platform you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

Listing owners are responsible for the accuracy of their property information, photos, pricing and availability. We currently allow each user to create up to three (3) public offers at no cost. We reserve the right to remove listings that are misleading, illegal, or violate these Terms.

• No fraudulent, duplicate, or fake listings.
• No scraping, automated access, or abuse of our APIs.
• No harassment of agents, owners, or other users.
• No uploading of illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

Harta.Info is a technology platform. We are not a real estate broker, and we do not represent buyers, sellers, landlords or tenants. Any transaction is solely between the parties involved.

The platform, branding and software are owned by Harta.Info. By uploading content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display it for the purpose of operating the platform.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
